Floral Subscription Questions
1. Is there a minimum subscription order?
There is no minimum signup, however if you sign up for more than 4 bouquets you save 15%!
2. Do you offer single deliveries?
Of course. Please contact us at petals@perfectparty.shop to arrange. Single deliveries will be subject to a small delivery fee ($8 Bracebridge, $14 Gravenhurst, $18 Port Carling/Huntsville)
3. How long do the flowers last?
Flowers arrive fresh to us, the day before you receive them. That way we can assure they are very fresh for you. Typically cut flowers last between 5 and 8 days. Each bouquet comes with instructions to help you care for them, extending their longevity.
4. When are the flowers delivered?
Flowers are delivered Wednesdays or Thursdays depending on your location. If you would like it delivered another day, no problem! However, it may be subject to a small delivery fee.
5. How often can I receive my fresh cut flower bouquet?
You can choose! We offer weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, and seasonal subscriptions (Jan, Apr, Jul and Oct).
6. What type of flowers come in my bouquet?
We use a wide range of flowers. Each week focuses on a different colour palate and longevity to create unique bouquets. No two weeks are ever the same.
7. What if I go away?
No problem we can defer your subscription, we just ask that you give us one weeks notice.
8. Can I split my subscription with someone?
Absolutely, you have full flexibility on who receives them. You can give one away or send to someone new each time. They could be subject to a delivery fee, if sent outside our free delivery zone.
9. Do they come in a vase?
No, our regular subscriptions, come beautifully wrapped in paper and pink twine. However for an additional fee we would be happy to deliver your flowers in a beautiful vase.
10. Do you have a reward program?
We sure do! Check out our Petals & Posies Rewards program (see below) for details! We also have some special surprises along the way for our subscribers….but you have to subscribe to find out :)

Here’s how it works:
Any floral purchase = 1 Petal Point
Any subscription purchase = 1 Bonus Point
5 points = a FREE classic bouquet
10 points = a FREE supreme bouquet
New customers only. Referral name must be given at time of purchase. Free bouquets include delivery within Bracebridge, Gravenhurst and Port Carling. Small fee outside these areas.
