How much is shipping?

We are happy to offer standard flat rate shipping of $10.00 for orders under $75.00 and FREE shipping for orders over $100. Shipping amounts are always confirmed at check out.

Currently we only ship within Canada.

Yes absolutely!!! We take every precaution to make sure all of your information is secure and safe.

 

Can I add additional items to my box?

Each of our party box themes come seamlessly designed with all the party decor and tableware you need. However should you fall in love with any other items we highly encourage you to add them to your box!

Do you do custom boxes?

Looking for something specific? We are happy to help! Because we search far and wide for the most unique products we require 6-8 weeks notice to help create that perfect theme for you. Please reach out to us at hello@perfectparty.shop

How long does it take to get a Perfect Party…in a Box?

Delivery times are sometimes unpredictable but we would like all items to be received within 7 to 10 business days from when your order is placed. 

 

Where do you get all your amazing product?

It’s a secret!!! No, we are just kidding! We actually carefully select the best and most unique items from all over the world. From Europe to Australia to Asia and even North America - where ever we can find the product.

 

How fast are orders processed?

We try very hard to have all orders processed and shipped within three (3) business days of receiving the order.

Please note all orders received after 4:00 p.m. E.S.T, Monday to Friday will be processed the next business day. If your order is placed on a Saturday, Sunday or holiday, your order will be processed the next business day.

 

How often are new boxes introduced?

We are continuously looking for new and fun items and brainstorming ideas. Whenever we come up with a new boxes we will let you know.  Make sure to sign up for our newsletter to stay up-to-date with all the amazing things happening at Perfect Party…in a Box.

Does all the product come assembled?

Although a lot of our product is ready-to-use, some items such as garlands, banners, balloons, cake toppers and a few other items need to be assembled once received. Make sure to leave yourself a bit of extra time to put product together.

 

Are any of the box items reusable?

Some of the box items, such as the paper plates, cups and balloons, are one-time use. However, many of the decor items, such as the banners, party fans and backdrops could be reused if taken down with extreme care. Many of the wine and champagne flutes are reusable if washed by hand.
